Our team understands that financial considerations should not come between you and needed orthodontic treatment. To that end, we work hard to provide a payment arrangement that is “easy on your budget.”
We offer several payment options including pay in full discounts, in-house interest free financing and no down payment, extended payment options through several outside financing companies.
For those patients carrying orthodontic coverage, we accept assignment for most major insurance carriers. This means that prior to your appointment we will contact your insurance carrier to determine the amount they expect to pay for your orthodontic care. This amount is subtracted from your total treatment fee and we submit all the paperwork necessary to be reimbursed. Please understand that insurance companies never guarantee the amount of benefits they will pay; however, we work hard to get as accurate an estimate as possible. Orthodontic insurance is different that most insurance in that they won’t pay the entire benefit in one lump sum. Instead, they divide the benefit into monthly or quarterly payments. For this reason, it is important that orthodontic coverage is maintained throughout treatment. If coverage changes during treatment, we will submit new claims for you to determine if you are eligible for further benefits. Our financial staff is committed to helping you obtain the maximum insurance benefit to which you are entitled.
We also offer the latest in electronic drafting of your monthly payments from your checking account, savings account or major credit card. This eliminates the need to send payments to the office each month.
